1. What BYBHUB Is

BYBHUB is a procurement and logistics agent, not a retailer or seller. We act strictly on your behalf to purchase goods from third-party suppliers on 1688.com, Taobao.com, Alibaba.com, and similar Chinese platforms, then arrange international shipping to Nigeria, Ghana, or Niger. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or sell any products ourselves. By using BYBHUB, you acknowledge that we are acting as your agent only.

2. Product Selection Is Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for selecting the products you order. You provide us with the product URL, specifications, size, colour, variant, and quantity. BYBHUB will purchase exactly what you instruct. We are not responsible for: product quality, authenticity, item descriptions, whether the item matches photographs on the supplier platform, or any changes made by the supplier after your order is placed. These matters are between you and the original supplier.

3. No Return & No Refund Policy

Because we purchase goods specifically on your instruction from third-party suppliers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer product refunds under any circumstances once goods have been purchased from the supplier. The only exceptions are: (a) we are unable to procure the item, in which case your full checkout payment is refunded to your wallet; (b) an admin cancels your order before procurement with an agreed refund. Once goods leave our China warehouse, no cancellation is possible.

4. Order Cancellation

Users may cancel an order only while it is in the Order Confirmed (Paid) status — before procurement begins. Once the order moves to "Purchasing Your Items" or beyond, cancellation is not possible through the platform. If you need to cancel after procurement has started, contact support — any cancellation at this stage is subject to a deduction for costs already incurred and is at BYBHUB's discretion.

5. Safe & Secure Handling

BYBHUB takes full responsibility for the physical safety of your goods from the time they arrive at our China warehouse until delivery or collection in Nigeria. We inspect, photograph on request, carefully package, and track all items. Any damage caused by our direct handling (not caused by shipping carriers or the supplier) will be investigated. Carrier damage claims must be made with the carrier directly.

6. Fees & Charges

At Checkout: You pay the product cost + our service/procurement fee + China domestic freight (supplier to our China warehouse).

Shipping Fee: Charged separately after your goods are weighed at our China warehouse. The exact fee is based on actual weight or CBM.

Home Delivery Fee: If you request home delivery after goods arrive in Nigeria, a delivery fee is charged based on your location.

Storage Charges: If your goods are not collected or a delivery not arranged within the free storage period (default 7 days), a daily storage charge applies until resolved.

All fees are transparent and shown before payment. There are no hidden charges.

7. Warehouse Storage Policy

Once your goods arrive at our Nigeria warehouse, you will be notified with collection details. You must collect your goods or arrange delivery within the free storage window. After the free period, daily storage charges are deducted from your wallet automatically.

Goods that remain uncollected for more than 60 days with no communication or arrangement may be disposed of after attempting to contact you. BYBHUB accepts no liability for goods disposed of under this clause.

8. Shipping Times & Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to Chinese public holidays, customs inspections, weather events, or logistics partner issues outside our control. BYBHUB is not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience caused by shipping delays. We will communicate all known delays proactively.

9. Prohibited Items

You must not use BYBHUB to import items that are illegal, prohibited, or restricted in Nigeria or your destination country. This includes but is not limited to: weapons, ammunition, controlled substances, counterfeit branded goods, hazardous materials, and items banned by Nigerian customs. Orders found to contain prohibited items will be cancelled without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities. You are solely responsible for knowing the import regulations of your country.

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BYBHUB account, including your password and wallet balance. All orders and wallet transactions made from your account are your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately. BYBHUB will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

11. Wallet & Payments

Your BYBHUB wallet holds funds in your local currency (NGN, GHS, or XOF). Wallet funds are non-transferable to external bank accounts except through official withdrawal methods where available. User-to-user wallet transfers are available within the platform. BYBHUB is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on wallet balances.

12. Referral Programme

BYBHUB operates a referral programme where you earn a bonus when a person you referred reaches a minimum spend threshold. Referral bonuses are credited to your wallet. BYBHUB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referral) will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

13. Disputes & Support

For any concerns about your order or account, contact BYBHUB support via WhatsApp, email, or the order message system before taking any other action. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and within a reasonable time. By using BYBHUB you agree that Nigerian law governs any dispute arising from these terms, and that you will first attempt to resolve disputes through BYBHUB support before pursuing other remedies.

14. Changes to These Terms

BYBHUB may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

15. Local Marketplace — Nigerian Vendor Products

15.1 What is the Local Marketplace?
The BYBHUB Local Marketplace allows verified Nigerian sellers ("Vendors") to list and sell physical products directly to buyers through the BYBHUB platform. These products are not imported from China — they are sourced and fulfilled locally by independent Nigerian vendors.

15.2 BYBHUB's Role — Escrow Agent Only
When you purchase from a local vendor, BYBHUB acts strictly as an escrow agent. This means: (a) you pay into escrow when you place your order; (b) the vendor receives payment only after you confirm delivery; (c) BYBHUB does not own, warehouse, or sell local vendor products. We are a marketplace facilitator, not the seller.

15.3 Delivery Fee
Delivery fees for local vendor orders are not included in the checkout price. The delivery fee is agreed directly between you and the vendor (or handled by BYBHUB logistics if selected). The delivery fee is collected separately and does not go through the escrow. You will always be informed of the delivery fee before it is charged.

15.4 Confirm Delivery
After receiving your order, you must confirm delivery from your order page within 72 hours. If you do not confirm within 72 hours of the vendor marking the order as delivered, payment will be automatically released to the vendor. If you have not received your order, do not confirm delivery — raise a dispute instead.

15.5 Disputes
If you receive an item significantly different from what was listed, or do not receive it at all, you may raise a dispute from your order page within 48 hours of the stated delivery date. BYBHUB will investigate and mediate. Escrow funds will be held during the investigation. After 48 hours without a dispute, the order is considered completed and funds released.

15.6 Returns & Refunds for Local Products
Each vendor sets their own return policy, which is displayed on their store page. BYBHUB does not impose a universal return policy on local vendor products. In case of a successful dispute (item not received or significantly not as described), a full refund to your wallet will be issued.

15.7 Vendor Responsibility
Local vendors are independently verified by BYBHUB and must comply with Nigerian consumer protection laws. However, BYBHUB is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of products listed by vendors. We are not liable for any loss arising from vendor transactions beyond the escrow amount held.

15.8 Coupons on Local Orders
Coupons and promotional codes may be applied to local marketplace orders where explicitly stated. The discount is applied to the product price only — delivery fees are not discounted.
