NC is our in-app currency. You earn it by recycling waste. 100 NC = ₦1,000 (rate set by admin and shown on your wallet).

You can earn by: scheduling a waste pickup, using a Nabola machine with a code, daily check-in streaks, referring friends, and completing KYC verification.

Find a Nabola machine near you, deposit your waste, get the code from the machine display or agent, enter it in the app under Smart Recycle, and coins are credited instantly.

Plastic, electronic waste, metal, glass, organic waste, and mixed waste. Our AI scanner helps identify your waste type.

Go to Recycle & Earn → Schedule Pickup, enter your address and waste details. A collector will be assigned and you'll get 4-step live tracking.

Premium members earn double coins on every confirmed pickup. So if a pickup earns 50 NC, Premium members get 100 NC.

Go to Wallet → Withdraw. Enter the amount, your bank details, and your 4-digit transaction PIN. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days.

The minimum is set by admin (default: 500 NC = ₦5,000). You can see the current rate on your wallet page.

The PIN secures your withdrawals and coin transfers. Set it once from your wallet or profile page. It's encrypted and never stored in plain text.

Yes! You can pay with your Nabola Coins or via Paystack (card/bank transfer).

The minimum withdrawal is 100 NC (₦1,000). There is no maximum for KYC-verified users (up to 50,000 NC per request). Without KYC, the limit is 5,000 NC per request.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email and in-app notification when your withdrawal is approved and paid.

New accounts must be at least 7 days old before withdrawing. You also need a verified email and a transaction PIN set up. If your account is older than 7 days and you still can't withdraw, check that your email is verified.

No. Nabola does not charge any withdrawal fees. You receive the full naira value of your coins.

After each approved withdrawal, you must wait 24 hours before submitting another. This protects against fraud and ensures fair processing for all users.

Withdrawals of 5,000 NC (₦50,000) or more require KYC verification. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and comply with financial regulations. KYC users also get a 10x higher limit.

Go to Wallet → Send Coins, enter the recipient's email or referral code, the amount, and your PIN. Transfers are instant and free.

Without KYC: max 10,000 NC per transfer, 20,000 NC per day. With KYC: max 50,000 NC per transfer, 50,000 NC per day. Accounts must be at least 3 days old to transfer.

New accounts have a 7-day waiting period before withdrawals are enabled. This protects all users from fraudulent accounts. You can still earn coins from day 1 — they'll be ready to withdraw after 7 days.

Coin transfers are enabled after your account is 3 days old and your email is verified.

Yes! You can schedule pickups, use machine codes, and earn coins from the moment you create your account. The 7-day restriction only applies to withdrawals.

Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. All accounts will be suspended and any coins earned will be forfeited. Each person is allowed one account only.

A Mastercard-powered virtual card that lets you spend your NC balance directly online — anywhere Mastercard is accepted worldwide. No bank account needed.

Go to My Card from your wallet. You need KYC verification and at least 100 NC to activate. A one-time 100 NC activation fee applies.

A built-in jobs board connecting unemployed Africans with recycling, tech, field, and support jobs. Some jobs pay in Nabola Coins (NC).

Go to Jobs in the navigation, browse listings, click a job, write a cover letter, and submit. You need a Nabola account to apply.

Go to My Applications from the Jobs menu or your dashboard to see status — Pending, Shortlisted, or Hired.

You receive an in-app notification, WhatsApp message, and email. A "You Got the Job!" banner appears on your dashboard with next steps.
