Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Nabola account, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use Nabola. Business accounts require a valid Nigerian business registration.

3. Nabola Coins (NC)

• NC are earned through verified recycling activities on the platform
• NC have no cash value outside the Nabola platform
• The NC-to-Naira conversion rate is set by Nabola and may change with notice
• Fraudulent coin acquisition will result in account suspension and forfeiture

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to admin approval, minimum limits, and KYC verification for higher amounts. Nabola reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals suspected of fraud.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake waste logs or machine code redemptions
• Using multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Submitting false KYC documents

6. Account Suspension

Nabola may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Suspended users will be notified by email with the reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nabola is not liable for losses arising from network failures, third-party payment issues, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability is limited to the coin balance in your wallet.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Nabola after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
